Barry Clare has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Clarat also carved out Betapharm from Hexal, which he later exited for US$460 million. Between 1991-2001, Barry created Boots' international "over the counter" consumer healthcare business, which was sold to Reckitt Benckiser for £1.93 billion.
