Nita joined MidEuropa in 2021 and is HR Director based in the London office. She is responsible for talent management across the firm.

Prior to joining the team, Nita worked at Silverfleet Capital, 3i Group and Actis.

Nita holds a Master’s in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from the London School of Economics, a Bachelor’s in Management Studies from Royal Holloway, University of London and is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

Outside work, Nita is usually busy keeping her children entertained and trying to carve out time for exploring nearby country parks.
