MidEuropa Announces Sale of Imlek to Consortium led by AJFH

MidEuropa, a leading private equity investor with deep roots in Central Europe, announces today an agreement to sell Imlek, the leading dairy producer in Southeast Europe, to the consortium of regional investors led by a regional family office AJFH. The transaction is pending approval by the relevant merger control and foreign investment authorities and will be finalised once the necessary approvals have been obtained.
