MidEuropa Announces New Promotions
MidEuropa, the leading private equity firm focused on buyouts in Central and Eastern Europe and Turkey, announced today its new promotions. Dominika Kozlowska-Login and Viktoria Habanova have been promoted to Associate Directors, Lukasz Wlodarczyk to Senior Associate and Bartosz Malecki, Can Karapence, Filip Kisdobranski and Tomas Vrba all advancing to Associates. Additionally, Berke Biricik, Csanad Daniel and Ratko Jovic were promoted to Associate Directors earlier in 2015.

Berke Biricik joined MidEuropa in 2012 and is based in Istanbul. Berke has worked on a number of deals, including Norican sold to Altor Equity Partners in 2014, and the recent acquisition of CMC. Berke graduated with a BA in Business Administration from Koc University in Istanbul.
Csanad Daniel joined MidEuropa in 2011 and is based in Budapest. Csanad is involved on a number of deals and most recently worked on the acquisition of Regina Maria. Csanad graduated with a Masters in Banking & Finance from the University of Applied Sciences bfi in Vienna.
Dominika Kozlowska-Login joined MidEuropa in 2012 and is based in Warsaw. Dominika has worked on a number of opportunities and is a deal team member of PKG. Dominika graduated with a Masters in Business Finance & Banking and a Masters in Business Management & Marketing from Warsaw School of Economics.
Ratko Jovic joined MidEuropa in 2010 and is based in Budapest. Ratko has been involved on a number of deals, including the acquisition of Moji Brendovi and the recent sale of Bite to Providence. Ratko graduated with a BA in Political Science from Yale University.
Viktoria Habanova joined MidEuropa in 2010 and is based in London. Viktoria has worked on a number of deals, including SBB, E21, Kent and Walmark. Viktoria graduated with a Masters in International Finance from Columbia University and a Masters in Finance & Strategy from Sciences Po Paris.
Lukasz Wlodarczyk joined MidEuropa in 2010 and is based in Warsaw. Lukasz has worked on a number of opportunities and is a member of the Zabka deal team. Lukasz graduated with a BA in Accounting & Finance and a Post Graduate Diploma in Enterprise Valuation from Warsaw School of Economics.
Bartosz Malecki joined MidEuropa in 2015 and is based in Warsaw. Bartosz has worked on a number of opportunities and is a member of the Zabka deal team. Bartosz holds a Masters and a BSc in Finance & Accounting from Poznan University of Economics.
Can Karapence joined MidEuropa in 2013 and is based in Istanbul. Can has been involved in evaluating a number of deal opportunities and most recently worked on the acquisition of CMC. Can holds a Masters in Finance from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics from Stanford University.
Filip Kisdobranski joined MidEuropa in 2015 and is based in London. Filip has worked on a number of opportunities and is a member of the Moji Brendovi deal team. Filip holds a Masters in Finance from Bocconi University and a BSc in Management from St. Francis College in the USA.
Tomas Vrba joined MidEuropa in 2015 and is based in London. Tomas has worked on a number of opportunities and is a member of the Walmark deal team. Tomas holds a Masters in Economics from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Economics from London School of Economics and Political Science.
