In October 2015 MidEuropa bought Customer Management Center (CMC), the leading independent outsourced contact centre service provider in Turkey, as part of divestment of non-core operations by former owner ISS Turkey. 

As part of the plan to expand internationally and utilise Turkey as a low-cost near-shore delivery location to serve European clients, CMC was merged with Croatia’s M+ Group in February 2020. As a result of the merger, as well as further bolt-on acquisitions, M+ Group has become a formidable player in Europe and the leading independent BPO services provider in South-East Europe. M+ Group serves 300+ blue chip customers with over 13,700 people based in 62 locations and covering 58 countries, providing client support with over 32 languages on a global basis.

 

Partnership highlights:

  • Established and expanded near-shoring model by serving Western European clients from lower cost SEE and Turkey delivery centres
  • Expanded into high growth e-commerce and quick commerce segments by serving emerging global clients on a multi country and multi-language basis
