Andy joined MidEuropa in 2019 and is a Senior Manager based in the Guernsey office overseeing the company secretarial and corporate governance requirements of MidEuropa’s Guernsey entities under administration.

Prior to this role, Andy was a Corporate Governance Professional in the Fund Administration team at MidEuropa; having joined from a third-party administrator, State Street (Guernsey) Limited.

Andy holds the Level 5 Diploma in International Finance and Administration with the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.

In his free time, Andy likes to keep busy gardening and socialising with friends.
