Bartek joined MidEuropa in 2024 and is an Investment Executive based in the Warsaw office. He is responsible for deal sourcing, execution and monitoring of investments.

Prior to joining the team, Bartek worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London. He also completed internships with Montagu Private Equity and Innova Capital in Warsaw.

Bartek holds a Master’s in Finance & Accounting from Warsaw School of Economics, and a CEMS Master’s in International Management from Warsaw School of Economics and University of St.Gallen.

In his free time, Bartek enjoys kitesurfing and travelling.
